Our Story
AutoApply started with a frustration that every Indian job seeker knows too well. Our founding team spent months applying to jobs the traditional way: scrolling through Naukri and LinkedIn for hours, copying and pasting the same resume into dozens of portals, tweaking a line here and there, and hoping for a response that rarely came.
We tracked our own numbers. After 200+ manual applications over two months, we had received exactly 6 responses and 2 interview calls. The math was demoralizing. We were spending 3-4 hours every day on applications and getting almost nothing back.
That experience led to a simple question: what if we could automate the mechanical parts of applying while actually improving the quality of each application? What if every resume could be tailored to every job description without the exhausting manual work?
AutoApply is our answer to that question.
Our Mission
We believe that getting a job should not require a full-time job. Our mission is to make job applications accessible for every Indian student and early professional, regardless of which college they attended or how many connections they have on LinkedIn.
The Indian job market has unique challenges. Lakhs of graduates compete for limited positions. ATS systems filter out 75% of resumes before a human sees them. Job seekers from tier-2 and tier-3 colleges often lack the placement cell support that premier institutions provide. We are here to level that playing field with technology.

We do not promise "guaranteed jobs" or "100% placement rates." No tool can guarantee employment because hiring decisions are ultimately made by people. What we can guarantee is that your applications will be better optimized, submitted to more relevant roles, and processed faster than manual methods allow. We share our actual user data and response rate benchmarks openly.
No Fake Claims
Our platform does exactly what we say it does: tailors your resume per job, optimizes for ATS systems, identifies skill gaps, and submits applications automatically. We do not inflate our numbers, fabricate testimonials, or make promises about salary outcomes. The results speak for themselves, and we let them.
User Control
Automation should empower you, not replace your judgment. You can review every resume version before it is submitted. You can set preferences for job types, locations, salary ranges, and companies. You can pause, adjust, or stop the automation at any time. Your career is yours, and our technology is just a tool in your hands.
